Three figures with significant roles in the history of Hokoria, Lorc’h and Serenia have been granted royal titles by the Kora.
Under a Royal Order issued on October 1, former Hokorian Koru Sakura Walsh has become the Princess of Hokoria, former Hokorian and Lorchese Koro Arōnis nan Rūvas has become the Prince of Lorc’h and Governor Christopher Slant has become the Prince of Serenia.
All three will hold the style of Royal Highness, with their titles held for life.
Long standing figures
Walsh was one of Hokoria’s longest-serving officials, holding numerous positions from 2022 before serving as Koru between June 9 and July 3, 2025. They stepped away from their remaining positions in March this year, with Willow describing their impact on Hokoria as “immense”.
Rūvas was Hokoria’s first Prime Minister before becoming Koro in September 2023. During his time as Head of State, he oversaw Hokoria’s transition into a monarchy in February 2024, becoming King Aaron I. He later also served as Koro of Lorc’h.
Slant founded Serenia as the independent Atlantean Federal Republic in May 2022, before signing an agreement with Hokoria in March 2024 which brought the territory into the country. He remains Governor of Serenia today.
The titles are personal honours and do not give Walsh, Rūvas or Slant additional political authority, ownership of territory or a right to succeed to the Koruship. However, the Kora is considering inviting all three to the Royal Council of Vistaria.
